How Your Order Is Delivered
Due to the weight of tiles and paving, pallet orders are delivered kerbside only.
- The driver unloads the pallet using a tail lift and pallet truck
- Pallets are placed at the nearest safe access point on the kerbside
- Drivers are unable to carry products into properties, driveways or gardens, or across any obstacles
Access Requirements
Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery location is suitable for pallet delivery. The delivery vehicle requires:
- Reasonable road access for a large vehicle
- A flat and solid surface for unloading
- Space for a pallet truck to manoeuvre
Pallet trucks cannot move across gravel, grass, steps or steep inclines. If access is limited, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery Times
Delivery schedules may vary depending on stock availability, courier routing, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather. You may receive a notification from the pallet network before delivery.
Checking Your Delivery
Please inspect the products before signing the delivery note. Check for visible pallet damage, broken tiles, and missing items. If damage is visible, note this on the delivery paperwork and contact us as soon as possible.
Important Points to Remember
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only
- A suitable access point is required
- Failed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge — the exact cost will be confirmed at the time
- Scotland delivery rates differ from England & Wales — please check the table above
