Due to the weight and nature of tiles and paving products, returns may involve pallet collection and handling charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery before signing the delivery note.
If any damage is visible:

This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with the pallet network.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving your order, we may accept returns subject to the following conditions:

items must be unused and in their original condition

products must remain in their original packaging

2-way transport costs may apply

pallet collection charges may be deducted from the refund

Refunds
